Conferencing system

• A first set of candidate tools have been listed on Conferencing
• We gave a try to Tox (via MHA), Ring (via Clément) and Jitsi (via Adullact) during the call
• Tox looks promising (chat + audio + video + screen sharing + encryption) but the current packages won't let us launch group calls yet, see also issue #2989 
• Ring seems pretty young but promising as well
• Jitsi is working quite well it seems. MHA experienced some sound issues. Pros: WebRTC, no plugin required

Actions:

• Follow up with the TC, ask for suggestions and experience feedback

Forge v2

• YOG: Atos has an internal GitLab instance, working fine, YOG can be in touch with the sysadmins in charge if needed

Actions:

• Run some tests with http://gitlabtest.ow2.org
• Clarify the issue workflow
• Clarify the roadmap toward validation and production

Individual members

• As a follow-up to the previous meeting (suggestion from JPA), Olivier B. is interested in conducting interviews of individual members and he will prepare a first one, any suggestion about prominent individual members is welcome

Projects

• Lutece: Lutece is almost done for the mature status
• OpenPaas: SLA will make sure with JP Lorré that he's aware that OpenPaas will be moved to the archive status

New mentoring programme for students in July / August

• YOG is ready to discuss internally about the new programme
• SLA will circulate a draft by early May for suggestions
